Hello! 👋 I’m Catherine.

With over 22 years of marketing experience, I partner with brands and marketing agencies in the US, UK, and Australia to lead their marketing strategy and delivery. I act as an extension of their team—specializing in brand strategy, marketing operations, and email marketing and retention.

I’m most often brought in when:
• A brand or agency needs senior marketing leadership without a full-time hire
• Email and retention need to perform
• Strategy is strong, but execution is breaking down at scale

What I do for my partners: I bridge the gap between a founder’s vision and a finished product. I hire specialized contractors as needed, build remote global teams, and implement the systems needed to drive client results.

My Foundation: My career began in brand management for global pharmaceutical and home care leaders. Since shifting to the remote landscape in 2012, I’ve helped businesses in SaaS, E-commerce, and FinTech achieve six-figure revenue growth, launch successful Kickstarter campaigns, and scale through customer-centric experiences.

- Launching new products (skin care and laundry care for babies) from scratch
- Creating TVCs, Radio commercials and billboards for Ambi Pur, a car freshener brand
- Hundreds of direct to consumer, below the line events and activations
- Launching 2 successful Kickstarter campaigns for Cycliq, an Aussie cycling product
- Generating a subscription-based model for a financial services firm that resulted to incremental 6 figure revenue
- Creating email flows that generate incremental income for a personal care brand
- Running a podcast with 100+ episodes
- And the best part, raising 2 smart and hyperactive boysWhen I'm not working, I'm probably at the gym listening to a marketing book/podcast or at a laser tag arena trying to beat my kids :)

My passion for learning has led me to create Youtube tutorials, communities, live events, courses and a marketing podcast.
